CROSS BORDER INHERITANCE – WHAT TO THINK ABOUT AND HOW TO PLAN

The Swedish Swiss Chamber of Commerce (SSCC) in cooperation with Bonhôte Services SA has the pleasure of inviting you to a seminar with focus on cross-border inheritance aspects.

The presentation will cover the treatment of a succession involving several countries and the possibilities to make legal dispositions to ensure the future situation and avoid complications for the heirs.

The speakers will discuss the differences between the legal systems and especially comment on the Swedish and European succession rules, applicable since 2015. They will also inform on the coming changes in the Swiss international succession rules.
