Starting a career in a new country can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Yesterday, The International Spouse Program organized by Swedes Worldwide hosted another hands-on career workshop in collaboration with the recruitment specialists at MultiMind.
Participants from a wide range of professional backgrounds joined us to gain practical insights into what it truly takes to navigate and thrive in Sweden’s job market.
During the workshop, attendees explored:

- Key aspects of Swedish workplace culture, including subtle norms and expectations.
- How to craft a strong, attention-grabbing CV and LinkedIn profile that highlights unique strengths.
