Anonym Vardnadstvist ( 14/04 2009) I would like to ask if you have any argument when it comes to Swedish custody trial. We have moved to USA and my wife is trying to bring her 8 year old son but the family court sais that there must be very good reasons to bring the boy. Even though the father have problems with alcohol they choosed to let the boy stay with him whil waiting for the court hearing, more than 1 year. The final trial will be may 5. Give us some arguments that will help us to bring the boy here to USA that the court will listen to. Regards Torbjorn Hiltunen
